1995 book Gods of Commerce online, available for free.
I started thinking about this in Japan when I considered buying a Sony Librie, the six ounce electronic reading device. I realized that nearly all books will be online in a few years and they will be accessed via online library membership. Gods of Commerce never really sold and certainly hasn't sold in recent years. It started off with great reviews but never had an audience. The ideas are still out in mid-air, ungrounded by any academic, corporate or popular dialog.
Its about 110 pages. You'll enjoy it.
